Field Properties Window

The Field Properties window is where we need to enter the field names correctly so that the FaxFinder

unit is able to interpret them correctly and fill in the proper information.

In the first tab (Appearance), we need to enter two items.

1. The Name which needs to be from the Field Name list. In this case, the name entered is

rcpt_name so that the To: field is populated with the recipient’s name.

2. Though not a necessity, the Tool-Tip is a good place to have the description of what is expected

to be in this field.
